Booking Policy

Booking Terms and Conditions Bookings are confirmed on a receipt of a non-refundable deposit for guided holidays that is £250 per person for all other walks/courses that is £20 per person the Balance is due no later then nine weeks before the Guided walking holiday/walks and courses commencing Bookings that are made less then nine weeks before start date the Northern Guiding requires full payment at the time of booking, if customer cancels booking and payment already made then no refunds can be given Late payment if by the due date and payment has not being received then this will incur a late payment charge of £100 per person/ or Northern Guiding reserves the right to cancel the booking with all monies lost If customer cancels more then nine weeks before start date then the deposit will be lost, if customer cancels after nine weeks before start date of chosen walk/course or guided walking holiday then all money paid is none refundable Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult who will be responsible for the person aged under 18 All cancellations must be made out in writing or Emailed If customer wishes to change the date/course then there will be a £50 admin fee to pay If Northern Guiding cancels a course/activity then customers will get a full refund for the course/activities, Northern Guiding will not be liable for any losses the customer may incur we recommend that you take insurance out to cover this Northern Guiding reserves the right to exclude the customer from the activities that they are not adequately prepared or fit enough and where there involvement may jeopardise there own or other customer or the instructors safety no refunds will be given to clients excluded on these safety grounds Northern Guiding accepts no liability for customer personnel being lost or damaged on a course/activities All courses/activities are subject to events outside Northern Guiding control All Courses/activities are subject to weather conditions so Northern Guiding retains the right to make changes to courses/activities for safety reasons no refunds will be given A booking form will be issued and this must be filled in Customer responsibility to obtain insurance cover Customer needs to complete booking form and to have read the terms and conditions both forms need to be signed and dated Read and take note of the BMC statement below The BMC recognize that climbing, hillwalking and mountaineering are activities with a danger of personnel injury or death participants in these activities should be aware of and accept these risks and be responsible for there own actions and involvement. Given the above statement Northern Guiding accepts no liability for death or injury.
